I am a freelance videographer, radio producer and documentary researcher based in London, with credits for BBC Four, The Guardian, Dolby Labs and Southwark Council. I specialise in producing short documentary packages on subjects including festivals, conferences, and news topics for journalistic, corporate, arts and charitable clients. I recently completed my longest work to date [...]

In over 8 years working in commercial radio (speech and music) I have performed a wide variety of roles including programme output producer, station sound producer, sponsorship & promotions producer, studio manager and travel reporter.

This is a showreel of some of my video and documentary work, features excerpts from my work for Guardian Jobs, research work for BBC Four on the programme Humphrey Lyttelton: The Jazz Musician’s Jazz Musician (including finding the archive featured), and for the London Word Festival.

Snappin’ Turtle – who I work with a lot – are helping to organise ‘The RAF Musical Salute to the Queen’s Jubilee’ with Synergy Events, which is taking place at Loseley Park near Guildford. Rock ‘n’ Roll Football – Absolute’s Saturday afternoon football programme, which I worked on up until March (when I started work on this), won the Silver Award for Best Sports Show at last night’s Sony Award ceremony. Congratulations to Russ, Wrighty, Jim Proudfoot, Charlie Jones and the rest of the team for the award. We [...]

In March I filmed at Gardeners Against the Odds Awards, organised by the Conservation Foundation in association with the Sunday Telegraph Life Magazine. The awards honour ‘ordinary gardeners whose efforts inspire and revitalise communities’. The film shows bits of the ceremony alongside interviews with some of the winners, alongside some of those giving out the [...]

A video I made with Snappin’ Turtle for Defence IQ’s International Armoured Vehicle conference, which was held in Farnborough for the first time, with 1,800+ visitors from 47 countries, 550+ conference delegates, 100 defence exhibitors and 75+ senior military, government and OEM speakers.

A video we made for the Tourism Society about their annual media masterclass, where members of the travel industry got to talk from people in newspapers, magazines and radio about how to get your location featured in their publications. Made for Snappin’ Turtle

Next year The Conservation Foundation is offering one of the Great British Elm Experiment saplings to Londoners who live in a place with ‘elm’ in its name.

This is one of a series of case study films I made with Snappin’ Turtle for the Horizons charity, which is supported by Barclaycard. Horizons provides help and support for lone parents, and these films highlighted some of the lone parents who’d been given grants to help them continue with their studies.

This is a film I made for the organisation Inclusive Employers, created to help employers develop an inclusive workplace, avoid the pitfalls of discrimination and get more from their workforce. The film features spokespeople from GSK, Nomura, and TfL talking about what makes an inclusive employer and why it is important.

Working with Snappin’ Turtle, this is a package I edited for the launch of the new mobile payments service from Barclaycard and Orange – the package features Gadget Show host Suzi Perry buying some goods at a market stall with a Quick Tap enabled mobile phone

After joining Dolby in Amsterdam last September for the International Broadcasting Convention, I travelled to Barcelona to join their Mobile department at Mobile World Congress. Sadly they didn’t have the Tron bike again, but they were showing Dolby technology being used in a whole bunch of shiny things. Anyway, once again we made a video [...]

To launch their new website featuring works bought by the fund, they held a discussion entitled ‘Does art have a legitimate place in the digital world?’ which we filmed

I’ve recently been working with Snappin’ Turtle on some videos for the social media campaign for Tenerife. At the beginning of March we went out with a press trip to film some of the ‘other side of Tenerife’ and also doing some filming at the carnival in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

I was asked by Reprezent Radio and Southwark Council to film Southwark’s youth festival The Mix – and to make a 15 minute documentary about the whole event – from the youth steering group meetings to auditions and finally the event itself, which took place on Saturday August 14th.
